What can I expect from my first session?
During your first session, the dietitian will get to know you and ask you about you health history, lifestyle and nutrition goals. From there, she will work with you to put together a nutrition plan.
How long is each session?
Initial sessions range from 60-75 minutes and follow-ups range from 45-60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
This is highly variable depending on each client's nutrition needs.
