We accept cash, personal checks, credit/debit or FSA/HSA cards.  A reduced rate is offered for those clients who are paying out-of-pocket.  Please see our Packages for more information.

**Coverage varies by individual plan - to see if your plan covers nutrition counseling or medical nutrition therapy please follow these steps:

1. Call the member services number on your insurance card

2. Ask the representative if they cover preventive or specialist visits for medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling

3. If they ask for a CPT code, they are 97802 and 97803

4. Ask how many visits are covered per year

5. Obtain a reference number to give to our office so that submitting the claim goes smoothly     

 

If you do not see your health plan listed and you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance plan.
